Tomorrow 20.9.2009 Muslims in Malaysia will celebrate Hari Raya Eidilfitri. This will be my 15th time that I will celebrate the 1st of Syawal with my in laws in Kota Bharu...the other two times I didn't go back to my husband's hometown was in 2005 because I was due to deliver our child and 2008 because we wanted to experience Raya in Christchurch NZ..
Not that I am complaining because this is my `social contract' with my other half, but I do miss celebrating with my mum in Kelana Jaya or if she happens to be in Kuala Pilah...
Anyway, to all my friends and family in Christchurch, Kelana Jaya, Shah Alam and friends who are in my situation, A happy Selamat Hari Raya and Maaf Zahir Batin, May Allah bless you and your family and may this Eidilfitri strengthen our friendship, respect and love for each other in Allah's keredhaan, InsyaAllah
