Today

Went to Unit Perancang Ekonomi at JPM Putrajaya today to get my `Pas Penyelidik’. I had to bring 2 passport sized photographs along. Upon reaching the gate, there was a sign posted at the guard’s post `Etika Pakaian di Perkarangan JPM’. Luckily I wore my baju kurong today because it showed on the poster that ladies should not be sleeveless and something about the length of the skirt ..not that I wear sleeveless shirts or short skirts…as for the skirts I think must be at least knee length. Unfortunately, as my husband was wearing a t shirt, he could not accompany me..because the poster stated that to enter the premise, men must wear a collared t shirt. Have to be more aware now about this things….

On another note, have been a bit busy past week settling down, finding the kids a place at school, getting the air cond fixed, cleaning the house, groceries ( as we are going to be home in Malaysia for 4 months) and helping to co author a paper about community waste management ( my research interest) with my friend and colleague Dr Das to be edited by Dr Hamimah of FSPU, Uitm di Hatiku…
